Whether you are buying your first home or your hundredth, purchasing a home is a significant milestone, and I understand that the process can be both exciting and overwhelming.
The initial step in the home-buying process is establishing a connection with a Realtor (that's me!). We will meet over coffee or virtually, whichever you are most comfortable with, to chat through the home-buying process and answer any initial questions that you have.
Following that, I will provide recommendations for local and reputable lenders to assist you with the pre-approval process. The pre-approval process will also help you finalize a home price point that you are most comfortable with, so don’t worry if you’re not sure when we first chat. I will also set you up on a search so that the fun part can begin—touring homes!
My commitment extends beyond just finding a property. I'll be your advocate throughout the entire homebuying journey, negotiating on your behalf, and connecting you with reliable professionals, from lenders to home inspectors. I'm here to educate and guide you and ensure you always feel supported along the way.
